
We talk about getting back into flow.
Like we stepped out of it somewhere along the way.
Like there’s a path, and we wandered off, possibly without a map, snacks, or even a clear plan.
But what if that’s just a thought?
Because even in the middle of our overthinking, something is still moving.
Breathing is still happening.
Life is still happening.
Bills are still showing up on time.
And, something deeper is carrying on, untouched.
Then, without warning, things feel lighter.
Not because we did anything impressive.
Not because we finally read the right book or fixed ourselves.
Just…
lighter.
And it is easy for us to say we “fell back into it.”
But maybe we never left.
