Why The Three Principles Coaching?

In 1982 my relationship with my thinking changed forever, and I started my journey of self-discovery. What I realized changed everything and enabled me to weather personal storms and chaotic circumstances. When I left the Emergency Service (after a 30-year career), I began to coach individuals and groups on what I had learned. Although successful, I still felt something was missing. What I was looking for was pointed out in a simple book called “The Missing Link” by Sydney Banks. My approach to coaching clients radically changed, and where results in the past seemed to take many sessions, I was able to get quicker to the source of issues, and clients were seeing lasting change happen over fewer sessions.

During my training, I heard many bold statements in the community of principles practitioners, which included psychologists, therapists, and others in the medical field.

Statements like:

“Our natural state is well-being.”
“There is only one problem with one cure.”
“You are not broken.”
“You are only one thought away from mental health.”

The transformational change I have seen in others and my clients has been remarkable.

The understanding and use of the primary psychological principles are having a profound and ever-widening impact on the science of psychology, professional helping and, ultimately, the lives of individuals diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, insecurities, and many other noted mental illnesses.

No longer were these individuals left with the thought of having to manage or live with the suffering of their diagnoses for the rest of their lives.

A Paradigm Shift Towards Lasting Transformation

In the world of coaching, where countless techniques and methodologies promise to change, the “Three Principles” understanding coaching approach stands tall as a transformative force.

This revolutionary approach is changing paradigms in coaching by providing clients with a simple, to-the-point, and lasting transformation.

Let’s dive deeper into the Three Principles and explore how they can revolutionize your life.

prin-ci-ple:

  1. A fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief, behaviour, or a chain of reasoning.
    • A rule or belief governs one’s personal behaviour.
  2. A general scientific theorem or law with numerous special applications across a wide field.
    • A natural law forms the basis for the construction or working of a machine.
  3. A fundamental source or basis of something.
    • A fundamental quality or attribute determining the nature of something; an essence.

Albert Einstein

At its core, the Three Principles coaching approach delves into the essence of the human experience. It revolves around three fundamental principles – Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. These principles are universal and innate and guide our perception of reality.

  • Mind: The creative force within us all, responsible for shaping our thoughts and experiences.
  • Consciousness: The awareness that gives life to our thoughts, making them meaningful.
  • Thought: The key driver of our emotional responses and behaviours, shaping our reality.

Simplicity with Profound Impact:

One of the key reasons the Three Principles coaching approach is creating waves in the coaching world is its remarkable simplicity. Unlike complex and time-consuming methodologies, the Three Principles cut through the noise and bring clients directly to the heart of understanding themselves.

Through the Three Principles, clients gain insight into the workings of their minds, recognize the source of their feelings, and understand how their thinking influences their actions. This profound understanding enables them to dismantle self-limiting beliefs and patterns, leading to genuine and long-lasting transformation.

Addressing the Root Cause:

Traditional coaching often focuses on addressing external factors or specific issues. However, the Three Principles coaching approach takes a unique approach by addressing the root cause of challenges – the human mind.

By working with the Three Principles, clients discover that their experiences are not determined by external circumstances but by their thinking about those circumstances. This revelation empowers individuals to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater resilience and clarity, unlocking their innate potential.

Lasting Transformation:

The Three Principles coaching approach does not offer temporary fixes or quick solutions. Instead, it empowers clients to be self-sufficient in their personal growth journey. By understanding the Three Principles, individuals become their own coaches, guiding themselves toward lasting transformation.

Clients who have embraced the Three Principles have reported profound shifts in their lives, impacting every aspect of life, including education, business and leadership, addiction and PTSD recovery, athletic performance, community work, and marriage and family counselling.

They experience reduced stress, improved relationships, heightened creativity, and deeper inner peace. As a result, they approach life’s challenges with newfound confidence and optimism.

“The Three Principles is not a self-improvement course, trying to improve what is. Rather, it is understanding the nature of what is.”

Dicken Bettinger

Every day, every hour, offered the opportunity to make a decision, a decision which determined whether you would or would not submit to those powers which threatened to rob you of your very self, your inner freedom; which determined whether or not you would become the plaything of circumstance, renouncing freedom and dignity to become molded into the form of the typical inmate.

Personal Empowerment and Growth:

Perhaps the most compelling aspect of the Three Principles coaching approach is its focus on personal empowerment. Traditional coaching can sometimes foster dependency on external solutions, but the Three Principles turn the spotlight inward.

By realizing the power of their thinking and innate wisdom, clients feel empowered to take charge of their lives and make choices aligned with their true selves. This self-discovery journey leads to sustainable growth and fulfillment in all aspects of life.

The Three Principles coaching approach is a game-changer in the coaching industry, providing clients with a simple, to-the-point, and lasting transformation. Through the understanding of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought, individuals experience profound shifts that go beyond surface-level fixes.

With the Three Principles, clients embark on self-discovery and personal empowerment. They gain insights that empower them to navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and genuine joy.

If you are seeking lasting transformation, the Three Principles coaching approach might be the key to unlocking your full potential.

Embrace this paradigm shift. Three Principles understanding will be the catalyst to guide you toward a life of purpose and fulfillment.
