It’s OK to not be OK!

October 10 is “World Mental Health Day” 10/10

We need to constantly talk about it and not lie to ourselves when we are not well.

It is amazing what telling the truth about how you feel, “will help” set you free.

I want to encourage you to talk about mental health, share your struggles and triumphs and how you really are feeling.

The Coaching Tool Company put together some cool graphic cards under theme, It’s OK to not be OK – 12 Honest Ways to reply when you’re asked “How are you?”

I put them under one poster for your viewing.
