Coaching Agreement Packages:
Master in Practice:
One-year agreement (24×90 minute sessions)
Make it Happen:
Six-month agreement (12×90 minute sessions)
This is a three-hour intensive coaching session, and its purpose is to have the client experience a profound shift of current issues or problems they are experiencing presently.
After the intensive session, one follow-up call supports the integration process.
Workshops range from half-day, full-day, and multi-day to three (3) days.
All workshops are developed to your needs. They would be designed to address any immediate or ongoing issues/problems that your team is experiencing.
The fundamental question is, “What demonstrated change would you like to see?”
